Lucent AI is a small design studio building fully custom websites and brands for real estate agents. We grow alongside the people we work with, building results and relationships together.
Why We Started This
We started Lucent after watching agents and business owners stuck in outreach cycles. Cold calls, paid ads, referral chasing, with nothing to show the moment they stopped. We knew there had to be a better way to grow.
Our goal is to help people build intrinsic value outside of platforms, brokerages, or agencies they don't control. A site you actually own, designed from scratch around your name and your market, becomes an asset that compounds instead of rented space on someone else's platform. We build them clean and search-friendly by default, but the site itself is the point.
Personal relationships matter deeply to us. When you work with Lucent, you work directly with the people doing the work. No account managers, no handoffs. Our faith in Jesus shapes how we operate: integrity, honesty, and long-term thinking. But results come from disciplined execution, not good intentions.

The Team
Kade and Cole have been best friends since high school in Northern California and built Lucent AI with the same hands-on approach they bring to everything. Kade leads client strategy, acquisition, and communication. He's always believed that strong relationships are the foundation of great results. He works closely with agents to understand how their market buys, and what the site has to do to earn the call.
Cole has experience in construction management, which gave him a natural eye for structure, systems, and precision. That translates directly into how he approaches custom design and build. He leads design, site architecture, and technical execution at Lucent AI, with the same entrepreneurial, figure-it-out mindset that drives everything at Lucent.
Ritchmon brings over 6 years of experience in custom web design and branding. He's partnered with agencies and small business owners to build 200+ websites across eCommerce, funnels, and service industries, all designed for conversion, not just aesthetics. He joined Lucent AI because he wanted to be part of something intentional, where every project gets real attention.
