    Accessibility Statement

    Last updated: July 31, 2026

Lucent AI is committed to making our website, and the websites we build for our clients, usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

    Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology.

    What We Do

    • Semantic HTML structure with a single, clear heading hierarchy on every page.
    • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and empty alt text on decorative ones.
    • Accessible names on buttons, links, and form fields.
    • Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
    • Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA thresholds for text and interface elements.
    • Respect for reduced-motion preferences on animated elements.
    • Responsive layouts with tap targets sized for touch devices.

    Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review our pages as we ship changes and correct issues as they are found. Some third-party embeds, such as scheduling and form tools, are outside our direct control, and we work with those providers or offer an alternative contact method where we can.

    Reporting a Barrier

If you run into content on this site that you cannot access, tell us and we will fix it. Email kade@lucentai.org or cole@lucentai.org with the page address and a short description of the problem. We respond to accessibility reports within five business days.

    Alternative Access

If any part of this site prevents you from reaching us, email us directly and we will provide the same information in another format or arrange a call.
